Non-Returnable Policy for Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our ready-to-drink beverages, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if your beverages arrive damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@aquatheon.com. Be sure to include:

Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item you didn’t order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing customerservice@aquatheon.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps and correct the issue at no cost to you. Be sure to include:

Do Not Return Products Without Authorization
Please do not send any product back to us unless instructed to do so. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded. We will not be covering any shipping costs or any other costs that the party has taken.
